This hard plastic bank features Mickey Mouse sitting with his chin propped in his hand. The bank measures about 9 inches top to bottom. There is a plastic plug in the bottom.

Condition...it has been used and shows some wear. There is overspray on the paint. I don't know if this is from when Mickey was originally painted or happened later. The back of the head and ears has small chips, scratches and rubbed spots.
