Piel Bros., Inc. brewed their beers in Brooklyn, NY. The brewery closed in 1973. I have no idea where the Albert Koppen distributorship was located.
This wooden handle bottle opener measures 4 5/8 inches end to end.
Condition...there is rust on the metal cap lifter. There are no chips or cracks in the wood handle. Check the picture.
