Topper Ale & Beer were brewed in Rochester, NY by Rochester Brewing Co. The brewery used the Rochester Brewing Co. name from 1934 to 1956. The brewery was called Standard Rochester Brewing Co. when it closed in 1970.
This flat, metal, bottle opener measures 3 3/4 inches end to end.
Condition...it has several small rust spots. Check the pictures.
