El Cortez Hotel & Casino is located on Fremont St. in downtown Las Vegas, NV.
Bugsy Siegel, the mobster, was part owner in the middle 1940's before starting construction of the Flamingo.
Condition...this slot token was never used or displayed.
It was removed from the plastic case the first time to make these pictures.
